I visited the renowned tonkatsu restaurant "Yoda" located in Yokohama's Yamashita-cho. This time, I ordered the "Special Tenderloin," and after just one bite, I was utterly amazed—"What is this?!" The batter was unbelievably light, completely redefining my concept of tonkatsu! While it's delicious with sauce, my personal favorite was to enjoy it with "lemon salt and wasabi" for a refreshing taste.The white rice was perfectly cooked and rich in flavor.The miso soup was aromatic and made me want to ask for a refill. There was a guide on the table for the best way to enjoy the meal, but it didn’t feel pushy at all. The staff's warm hospitality made the experience very pleasant. I definitely want to make a reservation and come back; I found an exceptional restaurant!
