I was invited by a senior colleague to finally visit Yakiniku Kosen, a place I had been wanting to try for a long time! This restaurant is located on a street lined with retro-style shops near Tateishi Station, and the interior has a charming old-fashioned atmosphere. Although the owner and many of the staff are young, their energetic service and efficiency really stand out. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can feel the care put into the seasoning and side dishes. Currently, it's a popular spot that's hard to book, and I heard they will be relocating, making new reservations quite challenging. It was a unique experience that I truly appreciated. I definitely want to return to this highly recommended restaurant!
