I hesitated for a moment, but the staff's excellent operation ensured a quick turnover, and I was able to enjoy my udon in less than 30 minutes. It was truly a taste that made me exclaim, "This is the standard!" I ordered the simple "Warm Soy Sauce Udon" with a raw egg topping. The thick noodles, as seen in the photo, have a smooth exterior but an incredibly strong chewiness that pushes back when you bite into them. The soy sauce and egg blend perfectly with these exquisite noodles, creating an ultimate bowl that allows the overwhelming quality of the noodles to resonate throughout my entire being.
