I arrived right at 5 PM when they opened, but the place was already full.The service was excellent and very refreshing.I opted for the course with a JPY 10,000 deposit.You can keep ordering until you’re full, thanks to the stop system.All the grilled items were fantastic.I was particularly impressed by the gizzards and heart, which were incredibly delicious.The drinks were great too.I’m planning to conquer the entire Japanese sake menu from top to bottom.The pickled vegetables and grated daikon served as appetizers were perfect for a palate cleanser.The thick fried tofu and the finishing dishes were also impeccable.However,there was something about the atmosphere that didn’t quite feel like a yakitori restaurant.A good dining experience should create a sense of unity between the restaurant and its customers.The customers at the counter were mostly foreign tourists and food enthusiasts eating alone while glued to their smartphones,which felt a bit off to me as an older patron.I want to enjoy yakitori in a lively environment.Well,if you accept it as a high-end yakitori restaurant, it’s an excellent place.But the staff seemed to have expressions that said, "This isn’t what we expected."That left a lasting impression on me.It was a great meal!
