This was my third visit, and once again, I was invited by a gourmet friend as a last-minute addition. The restaurant beautifully combines French and Japanese cuisine with creative innovations, resulting in an elegant dining experience. The owner’s humorous conversations created a wonderful atmosphere, making it truly delightful. Although it’s a well-known establishment, I wondered if the prices had gradually increased, but they still felt very reasonable, especially considering that drinks were included. Each dish showcased the owner’s dedication to quality ingredients and creativity, which I found to be exceptional. It’s no surprise that reservations are booked two years in advance. I genuinely believe it’s worth making a reservation for that far ahead. Thank you for allowing me to participate in today’s lovely private event, and once again, it was a fantastic meal!
