I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, but it was difficult to make a reservation. Fortunately, I was able to book a table through the reservation site OMAKASE when a spot opened up. I truly felt that this place lives up to its reputation as a renowned establishment. Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing incredible creativity from start to finish. What sets this sushi restaurant apart from others is that, while many places serve a few appetizers, here everything is crafted with sushi ingredients. Of course, the sushi is delicious, but I could really sense the chef's dedication to the exquisite flavors, freshness of the ingredients, and cooking methods. If I may add one more thing... it would be even better if the cost-performance ratio were a bit more favorable, but I understand that’s just how it is (laughs). I highly recommend making a reservation and visiting this restaurant at least once; you will surely understand why!
