It had been four months since my last visit. Even though it was a weekday, I arrived at 11 AM and had to wait for an hour. It seemed they were struggling to manage the crowd, which affected my experience as well. They managed to secure enough liver for our group, which was a bit smaller than usual, but still delicious. As for the eel, it was as tasty as ever, although this time it had less fat than before. Normally, the service is attentive and the flavors are to my liking, so I would rate it highly, but I had to deduct points due to a few drawbacks.
