I finally visited "PRESENTE Sugi," a place I had been curious about for a while.The restaurant has a charming, house-like atmosphere in Sakura, creating a sense of specialness even before entering.The dishes are primarily made with ingredients sourced from Chiba Prefecture, showcasing their quality while also presenting surprising twists that made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.The visual presentation of the food is quite impressive, making it fun to ponder, "What kind of dish is this?" It feels like a complete experience that encompasses not just taste, but also the creativity and presentation of the dishes.Many dishes left a lasting impression on me, and I was amazed at how much the cooking methods and combinations could transform familiar ingredients.With a wide variety of dishes, I never felt bored throughout the course, and I enjoyed every moment with excitement until the end.I believe this restaurant is worth the trip to Sakura.It was a wonderful restaurant that allowed me to rediscover the charm of Chiba's ingredients.It was a great meal.
