I arrived at the restaurant around noon on a weekday. After waiting in a cool waiting area for about 30 minutes, I was able to enter. Unfortunately, the restaurant's specialty, grilled shrimp marinated in miso, was sold out, so I ordered the coarsely ground soba and a Japanese omelet. Although I was informed that it would take some time for the food to come out, the omelet arrived first. It was a soft, fluffy dashimaki tamago with a gentle flavor of dashi. The main dish, the coarsely ground soba, had a rough texture that allowed me to truly appreciate the taste of the buckwheat, making it quite authentic. The portion was on the smaller side. This place may not be suitable for a quick meal, but I highly recommend it for those looking to enjoy a leisurely dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
