I made a spontaneous visit around 8:00 PM on a Friday, not expecting much. There were a couple of groups ahead of me, but I was lucky and got seated relatively quickly!I ordered the staff's recommendations along with my preferred dishes. Honestly, everything was incredibly delicious...The heart sashimi was plump and the sauce was delightful. The simple-looking motsuni (offal stew) was surprisingly rich and indulgent. It paired perfectly with beer!The grilled items were served in order, timed just right. The tongue had a great texture, and I found the thickness of the cut to be just perfect—not too thick, not too thin.Some places can make you think that offal dishes aren’t very tasty, but everything here was truly delicious.Finally, I had the assorted platter of outside skirt and loin. The outside skirt was thinly sliced but still had a meaty flavor! It looked like I had suddenly stepped into a fancy yakiniku restaurant! (laughs)It was a great meal!
