I visited "Rin" in Hamamatsu. The eel was grilled to perfection, tender and incredibly delicious. The white grilled eel allowed me to fully enjoy its natural flavors, while the unaju (eel over rice) had a great balance of smokiness, sauce, and rice, making it enjoyable until the last bite. The calm atmosphere was also pleasant, and I definitely want to return to this restaurant.
