A must-visit restaurant when you come to Akita. I can't even comprehend why it's so delicious—it's just that good. They also have a selection of Japanese sake, which I tried, and it was the best I've ever had. The staff were very attentive, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stop by again the next time I visit Akita.
