I arrived around 9:30 on Saturday. Perhaps due to the light rain, there wasn't much of a line, and I received my bowl in about 30 minutes.I ordered the Hiyashi (cold udon), but there was a slight delay compared to my companion's Atsu (hot udon). The Hiyashi had an incredibly strong chewiness, and I was satisfied with the small size. I tried both with and without the egg, but personally, I found the soy sauce a bit sweet, so it was a little overwhelming without the egg. The tempura was freshly fried, crispy, and delicious.
