I felt like I would love to explore other places here if I get the chance.The L-shaped counter allows you to see the entire restaurant, and the staff moves efficiently, providing excellent service. The course featuring spring ingredients like flower pepper, firefly squid, wild vegetables, and bamboo shoots was delicious, with a great broth that enhanced the flavors of the ingredients. I was also pleased that the specialty Toro Tekka Maki comes with three pieces instead of just one.To finish, there was a rush of closing dishes!!Two servings of soba, eel rice bowl, and curry. The 100% buckwheat soba made by the owner was incredibly tasty.- Soba with sakura shrimp and grated daikon- Eel rice bowl- Karasumi soba- Flower pepper curryYou can choose the portion size for the closing dishes, and opting for all large servings provided a great sense of satisfaction.It was a delicious experience with a wonderful atmosphere, and I definitely want to come back!
