It's been a year since my first visit. This year, I indulged in the luxurious Toro Matsu again—thank you so much!!↓ Here are some unforgettable highlights from this visit:The sweetness of the Kue (grouper) that was served first and the texture of the Shinko (young fish) were remarkable. As a fan of Haruko (spring fish), I always feel a thrill when it’s presented in front of me! It was absolutely delicious.And of course, I enjoyed my favorite Kanpyo Maki (dried gourd roll).The way the vinegar in the rice changes with each type of fish, and the ability to savor the seasons during this incredibly luxurious experience is simply unbeatable. No matter how many times I visit, I am always moved.It was a great meal!I also successfully got my KASUGO Hearts T-shirt!
