This was personally the best French restaurant I've ever had in Japan. We used a private room, and the chef came to explain each dish, which really showcased the attention to detail. The scallop Mont Blanc was exquisite. I appreciated the professional spirit of not serving the same dish to the same customers (except for the salad, which is a staple). The tableware used was also beautiful and artistic. If I have the chance to go again, I would definitely want to return; it's the hardest French restaurant to get a reservation at in Nagoya.
