I went to treat myself, even though it wasn't a special occasion. Everything from start to finish was delicious. I hesitantly tried the specialty macaron made with venison blood, but it had no gamey taste at all. It was a delightful macaron with a berry-like flavor. The fish dish, a pike eel wrapped in pastry, was laughably delicious, and the grilled lamb, which I paid extra for, was the best lamb I've ever had.I usually don't eat game meat unless I specifically seek it out, but this experience made me realize just how tasty meats other than beef, pork, and chicken can be. I also wanted to try bear meat, but I learned that the season is from December to February, so I definitely want to come back during that time. The course price wasn't too high, but there were a few extra charges, so the total ended up being a bit pricey. This is a place I want to visit every time the seasons change.
