This restaurant truly deserves the title of the best tonkatsu in Japan!! I made a reservation two months ago and finally visited for the first time!! As planned, I ordered my top choice, the loin cutlet!! It was an exquisite loin made with TOKYO X pork!! The low-temperature cooking resulted in a crispy white coating!! The meat was so tender that it could be cut from anywhere! It felt like I was eating something completely different from any tonkatsu I’ve had before!! The owner was very friendly, making it easy to enjoy my meal without any nerves!! I am truly grateful for this amazing experience! Thank you so much!!
