From the moment you step inside, the ambiance shifts, allowing you to enjoy not just the food but the entire "experience" of dining. ✨ The space is incredibly refined, showcasing a quiet beauty stripped of excess. The subdued lighting and attentive service create an environment where adults can savor their meals at a leisurely pace. The courses highlight Hokkaido's ingredients, with each dish reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Beyond just visual appeal, the aroma, texture, and temperature are all thoughtfully composed, clearly conveying the chef's dedication. However, as noted in other reviews, the overall saltiness was somewhat pronounced. While this may be a matter of personal taste, I felt that reducing the saltiness slightly could enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients and the delicate balance of the dishes.
