Each dish is a true work of art, showcasing the ingredients beautifully. Despite being tempura, it’s light and leaves you eager for the next bite. The flavors keep building on each other, creating an unforgettable experience.The ability of Numata to evoke such emotions through tempura is what truly sets it apart.If I can secure a reservation, I would love to visit four times a year, in spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
