I was taken here to celebrate my birthday. I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, but I never had the chance to visit until now, and I was very happy to finally be able to do so.The amuse-bouche featuring Osetra caviar, which changes its ingredients each time, was visually stunning and incredibly delicious, making my heart leap from the very first dish. The red sea bream paired with the Americain sauce and risotto was also impressive, with the rich flavor of the sauce lingering until the end. The dessert came with a charming chocolate bee, making this course a delightful experience for all the senses.The birthday plate was adorable, and the sommelier's service was attentive and warm, making it a perfect place for a celebratory occasion. I would love to visit again on a special day. It was a great meal!
