I visited for the first time since the new chef took over. Overall, I felt that the dishes were even more delicious than my last visit. (The service remains outstanding as always.)What impressed me was the ability to check detailed information about the seasonal ingredients used in the menu via a terminal at the table. I thought it was a nice touch that made the waiting time for the dishes enjoyable.Every dish was delicious, but I was particularly struck by the depth of flavor in the sauce for the fish dish. The dessert was elegantly crafted with a subtle sweetness, making it pleasant to enjoy until the end. Personally, I might have preferred it to be a bit sweeter.The wine selection is also extensive, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy pairings. I look forward to visiting again.
