Located in Tokyo's Oshiage, Yakitori Omino is a prestigious yakitori restaurant recognized as one of the top 100 in the east and awarded Tabelog Bronze.Opened in 2017, the owner trained for six years at the renowned yakitori restaurant Torishiki before establishing this place.The omakase course features yakitori served with a stop system, allowing you to enjoy the finest quality chicken sourced from contracted suppliers, prepared at its best.I visited on a holiday afternoon with a reservation in advance. The young staff provided attentive guidance, showcasing excellent hospitality.I enjoyed a total of 16 skewers along with two small side dishes. The flavors, which change depending on the ingredients, offer a tasting experience that transcends typical yakitori.The umami and sweetness vary by cut, fully conveying the essence of the chicken.They have also opened a second location in Kamiyacho, which is, of course, another top 100 restaurant.It was a great meal!
