I finally had the chance to visit the Château restaurant at Ebisu Garden Place, and it was a luxurious experience. The signature dish, caviar, was exquisite, and the duck infused with linden blossom aroma was a blissful delight, even though it took an hour to prepare. The wagon service offered bread, main dishes, desserts after the main course, and tea sweets. While I was thrilled with the variety, the bread was so delicious that I ended up eating quite a bit, leaving me with an overwhelming sense of fullness. Unfortunately, I had to be selective with the desserts and tea sweets. Additionally, the timing was a bit off, leading to considerable waiting periods, so I think it might be better to reduce the wagon service. Although there was a lively group of customers nearby, which prevented a completely elegant atmosphere, I was able to enjoy the intricate dishes and wine at a leisurely pace. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
