The fat is not greasy at all, allowing me to enjoy each bite effortlessly. Despite eating so much, I surprisingly felt no heaviness in my stomach.Even the regular beef tongue is at a level that makes you question its quality.The special outside skirt was unlike anything I've ever tasted—so delicious that I can't even put it into words.The liver had a firm texture that made me want to order it again due to its freshness.Each bite was a continuous delight.I truly believe that anyone who loves yakiniku must visit this remarkable restaurant. I can't wait to return for another incredibly satisfying yakiniku experience.
