Every time I visit Onozawa, I am amazed by how delicious everything is. I had been looking forward to this visit since making the reservation, and it had been a year since my last visit.Hmm, the appetizer was the same as what I had a year ago, but was it really this flavor? I felt like the fish had a bit of a fishy smell.The staff, aside from the head chef, seemed to be all very young trainees, and their explanations were hesitant, with service that lacked attentiveness.It also seemed like the clientele had changed quite a bit since my last visit.In the end, I left without making a reservation for my next visit. I hope that when I have the chance to return, I can enjoy a meal that brings back the same sense of wonder as before.
