Higashiyama Yoshihisa, awarded Michelin ⭐️⭐️, is one of my favorite places that I visit regularly.The restaurant always offers innovative Japanese cuisine, showcasing the unique style of Yoshihisa in every dish.This time, I enjoyed the finest whale meat.With the season for sweetfish upon us, I also savored some incredibly delicious sweetfish.The wasabi tasting experience was delightful as well! It truly is the best restaurant!
