I went for lunch.Although the transportation is a bit inconvenient, it wasn't too difficult if you manage to catch the bus from Ebisu Station.The restaurant has only a counter, with just the chef and the sommelier as staff. There were two pairs of diners today. Surprisingly, this setup wasn't bad at all.I opted for the lunch course at JPY 8000, added a pairing of five wines for JPY 7500, and included a dessert wine.The pairing wines were all rich in flavor, and I could truly appreciate the wonderful combinations.The meal included an amuse-bouche, appetizers, a fish dish, two meat dishes, and dessert, leaving me very satisfied. The highlight was definitely the lamp steak and Iberico pork tongue.For two meat dishes at this price, it was quite a great value! I've been to various French restaurants, but I highly recommend this one!!!
