I finally had the chance to visit my long-admired APICIUS for the first time. As expected from a grand maison, everything from the appetizers to the main course, dessert cart, and drinks was perfect. For my drink, I had a non-alcoholic hassaku juice, which was incredibly juicy and fragrant. I couldn't resist asking for several items from the dessert cart, and they graciously served me. I would love to come back for dinner next time. It was a wonderful experience.
