I had the pleasure of trying SENSIBILITE.Since it was a business dinner, we used a private room in the kura (warehouse).The dishes, which beautifully blend Japanese, French, and Chinese cuisines, were all delicious and light.For DESSERT-1, I enjoyed a sorbet made from Manjyu peppers and panna cotta; I was truly impressed by the creativity of using chili peppers in a dessert!As for DESSERT-2, as someone who loves sweets and small treats, I was completely satisfied!
