Luxurious Course of Authentic Chinese CuisineThe shark fin soup was different in both type and seasoning from what I usually have, and it was incredibly delicious. The mushrooms (some kind of variety) were particularly tasty. The Peking duck was served with just the skin, but this time I enjoyed it with Cantonese-style siu yuk (if I remember correctly), where the meat was well-seasoned.It's not often you get to enjoy dishes like this, so "Sen" is truly a treasure. The champagne and wine paired with the meal were also delightful. I absolutely love the wine events they host at "Sen" featuring Chinese cuisine. The conversation was so enjoyable that I got completely absorbed in it, and I barely caught the explanations of the dishes from Mr. Kawano.Rating: 4.5 out of 5Meaning of the rating:5---This is the place I want to be on my last day!
