He made the reservation, and we visited to celebrate my birthday. The course began with macarons made with venison blood, and I was amazed by the variety of dishes from start to finish, thinking, "I didn't know there were such venison dishes!" The highlight for me was the ayu (sweetfish) wrapped in pastry. The presentation, where they showed us the whole dish before cutting it, was wonderful, and it was not only visually stunning but also delicious. Dishes like this truly bring joy. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, which made it easy to enjoy the food in a relaxed setting. The flavors of the dishes were straightforward and allowed me to appreciate the natural taste of the ingredients, making it enjoyable even for someone like me, a beginner with venison. The wine is a bit pricey, so it's best to be prepared for that. However, even with that in mind, it was a lovely restaurant that I would choose for a special occasion. ♡
