I made a reservation through TableCheck two months ago and was really looking forward to my visit, as this place is quite popular and fills up quickly during peak hours.It was my first time experiencing sushi being prepared right in front of me, which was exciting in itself. The chef explained the sourcing of the ingredients and even let us taste the rice on its own, adding a delightful touch to the meal.Overall, the sushi was delicious, with the sea urchin and tuna being particularly memorable. Some of the toppings had unique flavors, but since it was my first experience, I was more overwhelmed by the excitement than focused on the taste.There were regular customers enjoying themselves quite lively, which was a bit distracting at times, but I think that adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant.As it was my first time at a counter sushi restaurant, it was a wonderful experience. I hope to return and enjoy a leisurely meal again when I have more time!
