I visited Hakuun, a Japanese restaurant, this time. The dishes, which emphasize seasonal ingredients, showcased meticulous craftsmanship, allowing me to enjoy both their visual beauty and delicate flavors. The gentle seasoning highlighted the natural tastes of the ingredients, and the chef's dedication was evident in each dish.The interior had a calm atmosphere, and the thoughtful service left a strong impression. As a foreigner, I was warmly welcomed, which made it easy for me to enjoy my meal. The flow of the dishes and the timing of the service were excellent, making for a truly satisfying experience from start to finish. I definitely want to return in a different season. It was a great meal!
