The cost performance is outstanding.Each skewer was grilled right in front of me by the chef, with a strong aroma of charcoal. Most were seasoned with salt, and the flavors were perfectly balanced—truly delicious. The quality was clearly on a different level compared to everyday yakitori, making me realize what professional cooking tastes like.What surprised me was that the fried items were just as exceptional as the skewers. The Matsuba Fried Chicken served in the course was freshly fried, crispy, and juicy, so I also ordered the Chicken Skin with Ponzu and the Cream Croquette as add-ons. The cream croquette, which seemed to be a seasonal item, was infused with truffle and had a delightful crispy yet creamy texture that was simply amazing.Typically, famous yakitori places only allow regulars to make reservations or have a system where skewers keep coming until you stop them. However, this restaurant allows first-time visitors to make reservations, and the option to add your favorite items to the course is straightforward. The atmosphere is welcoming and not too stiff, which I really appreciated.I will definitely be back.It was a great meal!
