On Sunday evening, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. The interior gradually filled up. First, I waited in the bar on the lower level before being guided to my table. The flowers in the restaurant were lovely! Each table had a smartphone where I could view detailed descriptions of the dishes while enjoying my meal. The dishes were served at a perfect pace, and everything was delicious. I was particularly amazed by the fish dish cooked with Kishu Binchotan charcoal—it was incredibly tasty! The dessert featured a collaboration with vegetables like asparagus and potatoes, adding a refreshing touch. At the end, I received a little gift, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
