About a month ago, I made a reservation through the omakase website and visited "Rin," a famous eel specialty restaurant in Hamamatsu that I had been curious about.Upon being seated, they showcased a live eel right in front of me. This time, I enjoyed the Premium eel from Aichi Prefecture (JPY 5,000). The rice was made from Koshihikari from Fukui, and it became sweeter with each bite. The combination of the eel sauce and the fluffy eel was absolutely delicious.I was able to refill both the rice and tea, allowing me to eat until I was full. (By the way, you can adjust the rice portion and order it with or without sauce.)Next time, I definitely want to come back to try the Hamana Lake brand "Deshiko" eel.
