The cooking is perfect, and the flavor of the premium pork fat and lean meat is outstanding.The menchi katsu is incredibly juicy and delicious as well.The chicken tender katsu has been highly talked about for its amazing taste, and it truly lives up to the hype. It's so juicy despite being a lean cut with almost no fat.
