Since the maximum capacity is four, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.【Yoda * Omakase Set Order】◉ Special Tenderloin (3 pieces)【Food Impressions】We had pre-ordered the highest-priced special tenderloin for everyone. To give you an idea... the tenderloin, reminiscent of Kimiya in Nara, was incredibly tender, easily cut with chopsticks, and beautifully pink. The texture and the exquisite fat left us all in awe. (^^) The perfectly calculated coating, which scattered like snowflakes, showcased the restaurant's exceptional skill.Next, I’m looking forward to trying the loin or rib.【Service】Since the second seating is the last of the night, we were able to relax and have a nice chat with the owner-chef.
