The unique feature of this space is that the flavors of the dishes permeate the room, allowing you to experience the aromas directly.There is also a private room for larger groups in the basement.My favorite dish was the Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) with Rishiri Kombu and Honkarebushi dashi, as shown in the third photo.The entire course incorporated elements of Japanese cuisine, which was perfect for someone like me who loves Japanese food!I made a reservation for my next visit right on the spot, and I’m looking forward to returning!♪
