Since around the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, this restaurant has become quite difficult to book, so it had been a while since my last visit.The food is still as delicious as ever.On this day, the pistachio and sea urchin chawanmushi (savory egg custard) was particularly delightful.The ingredients change with the seasons, so it feels lucky when you visit during the season of your favorite ingredients.
