I had dinner in Osaka this time. Not only was the presentation impressive, but the flavors were also incredibly delicate and delicious. The pairing wines complemented each dish perfectly, enhancing the overall experience. Every dish was delightful, but the main meat was exceptionally tender, and whether it was the quality of the fat or the cooking method, it was simply outstanding.
