Tuna Hand Roll Sushi A dish served in a bowl made from snowmelt water: Abalone and Turbo Shell Purple Sea Urchin Flat Shell Grilled Natural Eel Fatty Tuna Belly from the Abdomen Fatty Tuna Belly from the Back Shabu-Shabu of Fish Scraps Fatty Eggplant with Cucumber Marinated Tuna Medium Fatty Tuna Kohada (Gizzard Shad) Steamed Rice with Nodoguro (Blackthroat Sea Perch) Hokkaido Sweet Shrimp Horse Mackerel Cucumber with Hole This is my second visit to Sushi Shota! The menu had completely changed since my last visit in April. I believe the first dish features the wonderful ice bowl containing Turbo Shell, Abalone, Grilled Eel, Steamed Nodoguro, Hokkaido Sweet Shrimp, and a roll with Cucumber. The omakase course was bursting with summer flavors and was fantastic once again! I look forward to my next visit in the fall!
