Everything from the tableware and glasses to the ingredients was meticulously chosen, making it an incredibly lovely place! The dishes felt like a full course of high-end ingredients, perfect for a special occasion.I was surprised by the Chawanmushi with Sea Urchin and Pistachio when I heard about it, but once I tasted it, the two ingredients complemented each other beautifully without clashing, and it was absolutely delicious.
