By some fortunate chance, I was able to sit at the counter where two apprentices were preparing sushi at Sushi Arai. Everyone started at the same time, and no one was late. The atmosphere here is truly unique. The variety of appetizers was wonderful as well. Among them, the salt-baked bonito, with its perfectly grilled skin and sweet red meat, was exceptional. I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.
