A popular restaurant in Kamata with a 130-year history! I visited the renowned "HATSUNEZUSHI" in Kamata. This month, I indulged in the "Omakase Nigiri" once again. 【Menu】 Tuna Akami, Tuna Chutoro, Tuna Tataki, Kohada, Aori Ika, Sea Bream, Horse Mackerel, Clam, Sweet Shrimp, Bonito, Sea Urchin, Anago, Rolls, Soup with Fish Bones, Dessert. The tuna selection started with Akami, followed by Chutoro and Tataki, allowing me to enjoy the different flavors and fat content. The Kohada was perfectly marinated, while the Sea Bream and Aori Ika had a refined sweetness that left a lasting impression. The clam released its umami gradually, and the Bonito and Horse Mackerel had a spring-like aroma and robust flavor. The second half, featuring Sweet Shrimp, Sea Urchin, and Anago, was equally luxurious, culminating in a satisfying finish with rolls, soup, and dessert. Each piece showcased seasonal ingredients and the skill of the chef, making for another wonderful experience. It was a great meal!
