I visited on a weekday around 11 AM and had to wait for two people ahead of me. You can wait in an air-conditioned waiting area.I ordered two dishes: the Coarse Soba and the Hot Soba. They serve them in the order of Coarse first, followed by Hot, as soon as you finish the first.⚫︎ Coarse Soba The texture is grainy, and the flavor of the soba is strong. Instead of slurping, you enjoy it by chewing to savor the taste and texture. The soba broth is thick and rich, which was also delicious.⚫︎ Hot Soba This is served with a style of mixing egg and a rich soba dipping sauce. It felt like a combination of soba and sukiyaki, making it enjoyable until the very end. The soba had a firm texture, completely different from the usual noodle experience.Both dishes offered a new texture, allowing me to enjoy them as Japanese cuisine rather than just soba. I would love to come back if I have the time.
