Finally, I visited Kuishinbo Yamanaka. The whole family agreed on wanting steak, beef cutlet, and beef sauté, so we each ordered something different and shared. The aging of the beef was impressive, and the cooking was absolutely perfect. The sauces, including the salad dressing, not only complemented the ingredients but also highlighted their rich flavors and depth. I truly experienced why this place is considered one of the best of the best.
