I had a Japanese cuisine course for lunch and was quite full, so I decided to visit Yassan, a meat kaiseki restaurant that allows for portion adjustments. Thank you to the person who invited me to go! I had heard from a gourmet friend in Kyoto that it was delicious, but since it was just the two of us, we couldn't make a reservation and ended up lining up 40 minutes before opening. We were the second group in line, but by the time the restaurant opened, there was a long queue. As someone who usually doesn't drink alcohol, this type of restaurant was a refreshing experience for me! Unfortunately, I couldn't take photos of the meat sashimi, but everything was delicious. I really enjoyed the sashimi! Photos are allowed for the grilled dishes! I was glad to be able to try the braised tail. Next time, I want to come with a bigger appetite!
