Located just a short distance from the Nishiazabu intersection, this restaurant is tucked away on a back road leading to the Nezu Museum. I had visited this place when it was a different restaurant many years ago, and since it’s a route I often take, I’ve been curious about the changes. Today, I finally had the chance to stop by.Despite its discreet location, the interior is spacious and luxurious.I enjoyed a glass of rosé champagne associated with Brad Pitt. It was a delightful rosé, truly enjoyable. For red wine, I had a glass of Pruere-Lock's Nuits-Saint-Georges / Clos de Corbeau, which felt quite indulgent for a glass. It had been opened for a little while, and that added to its wonderful flavor, leaving me very satisfied. The dish featuring Wagyu beef, black truffle, and foie gras was delicious. It had that classic taste that you expect from such a combination. The salmon was prepared so tenderly that it almost didn’t feel like fish, and when paired with the sauce, it created an unexpectedly delightful flavor.Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a scent reminiscent of home, which might need some improvement (though I quickly got used to it once inside).
